Cancellation and Refund Policy

At RAM Group, we believe in making every project a beautiful journey, and we thrive on delivering this promise. However, if you change your mind after making the booking payment and wish to cancel, RAM Group will offer a refund as per the terms outlined below:

  • You can cancel your project anytime from the date of booking until the final sales order is raised.

  • Once the project moves into the production phase after the sales order, RAM Group will not accept cancellation requests or offer refunds.

  • 100% refund for cancellation requests made within 3 working days from the booking date will be processed as RAM Group Store Credits.

  • 50% refund for cancellation requests made between the 4th working day from the initial booking date and the sharing of the first set of designs (2D drawings or 3D renders) will be processed as RAM Group Store Credits.

  • No refund will be provided for cancellation requests made after the design sign-off document has been shared with the customer.

  • RAM Group Store Credits can be used to purchase loose furniture, appliances, décor items, and more from our curated product catalog.

  • Please note: Any discounts offered during the initial booking will not apply to purchases made using Store Credits.

  • Once the order has been placed, de-scoping of any line item will not be accepted, including but not limited to modular works, custom projects, furniture, appliances, and décor.
