How to Register a Warranty Claim

A digital or physical copy of a duly signed handover document is mandatory for warranty claims. Our expert service team will attend to all warranty claims within 3 working days of complaint registration.

General Warranty Terms & Conditions

• The warranty period begins from the handover date specified in the handover document upon project delivery.
• After a claim settlement, the warranty period does not reset.
• Rams Group will provide repair/replacement only after inspection by an authorized representative.
• Rams Group is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. The customer’s exclusive remedy is limited to the terms herein.
• Rams Group does not provide alternative accommodation during repairs. Customers must make their own arrangements.
• Warranty does not cover issues arising from natural calamities, acts of God, negligence, improper use, normal wear and tear, structural failures, or third-party damages.
• Customers are not allowed to alter, repair, or tamper with the product before Rams Group inspection.
• Repairs or replacements will be managed per Rams Group’s policies and timelines.
• Additional charges may apply for work beyond fixing identified defects.
• No warranties are expressed or implied beyond the terms set herein.
• Legal disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Hyderabad courts.
• All disputes and related matters will be kept confidential by both Rams Group and the customer.

Modular Furniture Warranty

Covers: Manufacturing defects, moisture-resistant damage (<72 hrs), termite damage, fading or peeling under indoor conditions, hardware failures (within specified exposure limits).

Excludes: Color/pattern and polish in select series, wear & tear, rough handling, damage from accidents or misuse, chemical damage, third-party products, labor and installation costs, discontinued product replacement beyond availability.

Custom & Service Works Warranty

Covers: Craftsmanship defects, minor moisture resistance (<24 hrs), termite damage, color fading or peeling under indoor conditions, hardware failure.

Excludes: PU-paint, veneer, polish works, normal wear & tear, accidents, misuse, chemical damage, third-party fixtures, labor/installation costs, alterations, damages outside Rams Group’s control.

Additional Category-Specific Policies

• False Ceilings: Coverage for >150 sq ft with satisfactory inspection. Covers board integrity, peeling, cracks, fungus/algae (absent moisture exposure). Excludes damages from leaks, physical force, structural issues, or coastal fading.
• Electrical Works: Covers electrical failure within INR 50,000 value with verified power input quality. Excludes damage from fluctuations, external repairs, improper appliances.
• Plumbing Works: Covers plumbing failures (leaks, pipe defects) within INR 50,000 scope. Excludes damage from water quality issues, mishandling, third-party repairs.

Furniture Warranty

Excludes: Upholstery issues, wear & tear, sunlight fading, misuse, chemical damage, natural wood variations, and external brand components.

Important Notes:

• Warranties apply only if the product is properly maintained, used for normal domestic use, remains at its original installed position, and is owned by the original purchaser.
• Rams Group may alter specifications as part of ongoing product improvement.

Warranty coverage for third-party brand components is governed by respective brand policies.
