Payment Policy

Project and order: A project refers to home design undertaking for a single home. Multiple orders can be placed for a single project (for eg., one order for modular products, a separate one for on‑site custom works or furniture or decor etc.). Payments are processed on an order level. Payments for different orders can be clubbed together in a single project.  (ramsgroup.art)

Modular Payment Milestone – 1:

Booking with Ram’s Group: You can book your interior project with Ram’s Group by paying a booking fee which is charged at 10% of the tentative quote in the Proposal/Pitch stage of a project. The booking fee is adjusted against future orders.

Modular Payment Milestone – 2:

Sales Order: Once the design phase is complete, you can raise the sales order to start production of Modular furniture by paying 50% of the Final Modular quote. Please note that the initial amount paid during booking will be adjusted in this milestone.

Example scenario
Booking amount paid: ₹2 Lakhs
Final quote value: ₹23 Lakhs
Amount to be paid to raise Sales order: 50% of final quote = ₹11.5 L – ₹2 L = ₹9.5 L

Modular Payment Milestone – 3:

Modular Delivery: Once the site is cleared and approved by the Project Manager, the remaining 50% of the Modular value must be paid to initiate dispatch from warehouse. Please note that 100% of the payment associated with the Modular value must be cleared before requesting delivery and installation.

Payment schedule for Custom Works Order

  1. Booking with Ram’s Group: 10% booking fee on tentative proposal, adjusted later.
  2. Sales Order: After design phase, pay 50% of Custom works quote minus booking amount.
    • Example: Booking ₹1 Lakh; final quote ₹8 Lakhs → Sales Order payment = ₹4 L – ₹1 L = ₹3 L.
  3. Phase 2: Pay additional 25% on completion of Phase 1.
  4. Phases 3 & 4: Remaining 25%, which completes 100% payment. 100% must be cleared before beginning Phases 3 & 4.

Custom Works Payment Milestones:

  • Milestone 1: Place order with Ram’s Group by paying 50% upfront.
  • Milestone 2: Remaining 50% paid once site is approved for delivery and installation. 100% is needed before dispatch.  (ramsgroup.art)

Payment Modes Accepted

Ram’s Group accepts all major payment methods in India, though certain modes may incur extra fees:

  1. Digital Payment Gateway – Paytm (UPI, Debit, Net‑banking; no credit cards).
    • Convenience fee: 2% + 18% GST on debit cards.
  2. NEFT/RTGS: Contact a Ram’s Group representative. Limits may apply; check with your bank.
  3. Cheque: Must be in favor of “NIRMAAN INTERIORS PROJECTS PVT LTD.”
  4. POS (In‑Store): UPI, debit, and credit cards accepted.
    • Convenience fee: 2.75% + 18% GST.
  5. Cash: Accepted up to ₹2 Lakhs per project. PAN required for transactions above ₹49 000. Limits subject to change by law — contact for latest details. (ramsgroup.art)

Warehouse Storage Policy

  • Delivery timeframe: Clients must accept modular furniture within 7 working days after production to avoid damage.
  • Installation: Must occur within 15 days of production to prevent warping.
  • Warranty: Voided if delivery is accepted after 7 working days.
  • Storage charges (beyond 15 days):
    • 2 BHK: ₹1 500 + GST ₹270 = ₹1 770/day
    • 3 BHK: ₹2 200 + GST ₹396 = ₹2 596/day
    • 4 BHK+: ₹3 000 + GST ₹540 = ₹3 540/day
